Import Automotive exceeded my expectations for maintenance service on my 2001 Saab. I was impressed by the nice looking garage area and friendly staff who drove me to my workplace that morning.
Upon completion, I was thrilled with the quality of parts and products used (well above what you get at a discount shop or even an expensive dealership garage). The cost for service and parts was very fair. The best value of all though is the confidence in quality workmanship and genuine care for the well-being of my car that Import Automotive brings.

BEST IMPORT REPAIR SERVICE IN THE AREA

My first experience was unreal, I actually had the car at another shop that was grossly overcharging me. Paid for the tow, to send the car here instead after talking to them. Repair cost after your vehicle warranty ends isn't a worry having these guys around. Had an alternator go on my Jaguar XJ8, and was by far the most professional, cost effective, and fast. They followed up throughout the day via phone with status, recommendations for other potential issues found...even ideas to help get cost down with other the work that may be needed. Dont waste your time or money elsewhere. They dont see a nice car and automatically go for your wallet. Rare around here. My Jag service provider from here on out! Thanks Import Automotive Team, and Lilo, Judith, Roxanne for your help! Keep up the good work.
"My wife & I were leaving our house in the morning for work, when my car would not start. Being self-employed I needed my car fixed as soon as possible. I called AAA and had it towed to Import Automotive. My wife drove me back home and then she left for work. Just under 2 hours later they called and said my car was ready! When I told them I had to get a ride to their location to pick up my car, they offered to deliver it to my home. I took them up on their offer. I was back on the road before noon!
Thank you for the great service and delivering my car to my house when ready.
